To get started, you will have your initial visit to discuss your condition with a provider. At this visit we will collect a urine drug screen and give you the information needed to register your medical card with the state of Florida.

In order to keep your prescription you must be seen every 6 months for a Medical Marijuana visit and remain compliant with the practice.

Refills will only be filled at your appointment.

The cost of the first visit is $150 and the state of Florida requires a payment of $75 to register your application and instate your card.

Your follow up appointments that are required every 6 months to keep your prescription are $100
