You will either receive an email or a letter from us within 2 weeks of filling out the form to let you know if your application has been approved or declined. If approved, you will be emailed the new patient paperwork. Once we receive your paperwork, we will call to schedule your first appointment.

On your first visit to get established with the practice, you will be seen by one of our nurse practitioners. After getting established you may request to book with the doctor on their next available visit.

Not every visit will be with a doctor, but our skilled nurse practitioners are fully equipped to provide excellent care. The doctors are always available for consult and work closely with our team to ensure all patients receive the highest level of care.
